Empowering Farmers Through Agroforestry Training

Trees for Uganda continues to train smallholder farmers in sustainable land management and agroforestry practices. These trainings equip communities with skills to integrate trees with crops, improving soil fertility, food security, and household income.



 Financial Literacy Training Strengthening Rural Communities

Trees for Uganda is empowering farmers and community groups through financial literacy training programs. These trainings focus on:

  • Savings and investment practices
  • Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs)
  • Budgeting and financial planning
  • Business management skills

By strengthening financial knowledge, farmers are better able to manage income from agriculture, invest in their farms, and build long-term economic resilience.
